At equallyshoes.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original order date.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in new and unworn condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Products must be in their original packaging, including boxes, inserts, or dust bags where applicable.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please visit our Returns Portal available at equallyshoes.com. There you will find step-by-step instructions to generate a return authorization and print a return label. Unauthorized returns or those not processed through the portal may be delayed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, equallyshoes.com does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another style, size, or color, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return through our Returns Portal at equallyshoes.com and include details in the notes section. We will ensure the issue is corrected promptly.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may still process a return through the portal. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. If you prefer, store credit may be offered where applicable.
