Once I place my order, when will it ship?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship the following business day if placed before 10:00 a.m. Orders placed later in the day may take up to two business days to ship during peak periods. Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
International Shipping
Do you ship to the United States?
Currently, orders from equallyshoes.com are fulfilled only within eligible regions and cannot be shipped to the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, equallyshoes.com does not offer international shipping. For customers outside supported regions, please check with local authorized distributors.
Shipping Methods
- Flat Rate Shipping / Free Shipping
- Free shipping on orders $150+
- $10 flat rate for orders under $150
- Delivery: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday only)
- Express Shipping
- Calculated per order at checkout
- Delivery: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday only)
Please note: Shipping times do not include processing time of 1–2 business days. Expedited shipping does not shorten processing times. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or change it. Responsibility for the shipment transfers once the courier has accepted and scanned the package.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders based on your shipping address and local tax laws. The correct tax amount will appear at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
